With an additional location in Rockwall, Texas, the team, led by Steven Brancheau, DPM, Paul Brancheau, DPM, Kevin Huntsman, DPM, and Ryan Pinedo, DPM, treat a number of foot and ankle conditions at their podiatry clinics, including bunions, ankle sprains and fractures, diabetic foot problems, hammertoes, Achilles tendinitis, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and more.

Steven Brancheau, DPM

Steven Brancheau, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon with nearly 40 years of experience. A leader in his field, Dr. Brancheau serves the communities of Greenville and Rockwall, Texas, at Family Foot & Ankle Specialists.

Dr. Brancheau graduated from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, in Independence, Ohio, in 1980. He later joined Doctor’s Hospital in Mesquite, Texas, for his first year of residency and relocated to Seattle to complete his second year of residency at the Swedish Medical Center (formerly Waldo General).

After his two-year residency, Dr. Brancheau completed additional fellowship training through the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has since served on multiple committees for the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and is currently Director of the Hunt Regional Medical Center Residency Program in Hunt County, Texas.

Committed to educating future podiatrists, Dr. Brancheau is an adjunct clinical professor of podiatric medicine and surgery at many colleges, including Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, and the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City.

In addition to his clinical work and teaching experience, Dr. Brancheau is the co-developer of the MBA (Maxwell-Brancheau Subtalar Arthroereisis implant), which holds a United States patent. This revolutionary implant is designed to help patients of all ages with flatfoot disorder.

Some of Dr. Brancheau’s special interests include flatfoot reconstruction for both adults and children, trauma of the foot and ankle, and diabetic foot care with an emphasis on surgical reconstruction and limb salvage.

A dedicated family man, Dr. Brancheau resides in Greenville, Texas, with his wife, Denise. Together they have three adult children.

Paul Brancheau, DPM

Paul Brancheau, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist in Greenville and Rockwall, Texas. With more than four years of experience, Dr. Brancheau joined Family Foot & Ankle Specialists immediately after completing his residency and enjoys working alongside his father, Steve Brancheau, DPM.

Dr. Brancheau graduated from the University of Incarnate Word, in San Antonio, Texas, with a Bachelor of Science in athletic training and health science, in 2009. Six years later, he graduated from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio.

After graduating, Dr. Brancheau completed a podiatric medicine residency, as well as a reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery residency, at Hunt Regional Medical Center in his hometown of Greenville, Texas.

Dr. Brancheau provides a wide range of services to patients at Family Foot & Ankle Specialists, including the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot care, corns and bunions, flat feet, foot and ankle fractures, ingrown toenails, and more.

When he is not at the clinic, Dr. Brancheau often lends his expertise to the AAWP Free Clinic and the Hunt Regional Center Free Clinic. He also provides free foot examinations and tapings for local races.

Dr. Brancheau has been married to his wonderful wife, Amber Suzanne, for seven years. Together they have two beautiful children, Cole Steven and Cori Ellyn.

Kevin Huntsman, DPM

Kevin Huntsman, DPM, is a podiatrist in Greenville and Rockwall, Texas. Dr. Huntsman joined Family Foot & Ankle Specialists immediately after completing his residency.

Dr. Huntsman graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City with a Bachelor of Science in exercise and sport science in 2013. Four years later, he graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating, Dr. Huntsman completed a podiatric medicine residency, as well as a reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery residency, at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas.

Dr. Huntsman provides a wide range of services to patients at Family Foot & Ankle Specialists. His training was focused on surgical and conservative treatment of foot and ankle pathology. He is well trained in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, including pediatric flatfoot, ankle arthroscopy, lower extremity trauma management, diabetic limb salvage and foot care, sports medicine, and ingrown toenails. Dr. Huntsman is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Huntsman enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not working. He enjoys golfing and all sports. He is married to his wonderful wife, Keeli, and they have four beautiful children.
